Rick Climans Jazz Group
Rick plays tenor, alto, and soprano saxophones and has been performing professionally since the age of 13!
He studied at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, and later privately with the renowned jazz tenor player, Pat LaBarbera (lead sax for Buddy Rich's Band). For the past ten years he has led a very active jazz group under his name based in Calgary. The Rick Climans Jazz Group has performed at a multitude of venues and events, both public and private, ranging from the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel to Beat Niq Jazz Club. Rick has also performed at the Calgary International Film Festival, the Banff World Media Festival, and has played for the Lieutenant Governor of Alberta and the Mayor of Calgary. July 12th, 9 PM - Midnight |
And we'll be welcoming back Cheezy Bizness and Braizen Food Truck to add to the tasty street fare at the Night Market!
