Join us in Inglewood as a vendor or exhibitor for the 2015 Inglewood Night Market on Friday June 12, July 10, August 14, and September 11. The Market will be open to the public from 6pm to 11pm just off 9th Avenue on 10th Street SE in Calgary's charming Inglewood neighbourhood.
Vendor Registration Options

This
year we anticipate another great mix of vendors including skilled
artisans, fine artists, urban and rural farmers, and food trucks. In
addition to up to 50 vendor tents, there will be a trunk show and sale
(vendors selling from their vehicles), live music, a beer and wine patio
at Cafe Gravity, cool street food on the patio at BITE Cafeteria, and
NEW this year: Dancing In The Street (square dance, salsa, and more).
Admission is free to the public. Last year up to 3,000 happy people
strolled through each night.
We want unique merchants, high quality handmade products, hands-on demos, and interactive activities in the booths and trunk shows. The trunk show is for sellers who have cool items but don't need a lot of space. Last year many vendors sold out so don't miss your opportunity to join with us as part of the exciting and truly unique Inglewood Night Market! Night markets and bazaars are popular around the world. They invite leisurely strolling, shopping, and munching on delicious street food. The Inglewood Night Market goes one step further bringing live music, entertainment, artists and artisans, great food, and fun surprises to the streets of Inglewood.

Refund Policy
If you must cancel your vendor reservation for the market, please notify us by email at [email protected] or call Jennifer at 403-630-4353
• 100% refund (not including Eventbrite fee) less $25 processing fee anytime up to 4 weeks before the event for booths and food trucks (no processing fee for trunk sale vendors);
• no refund within 4 weeks before the event (call us).
Applications
To ensure each Inglewood Night Market is successful, vendors’ applications will be juried by our staff. We will review each complete application and choose based on several factors related to our vision. We want a well-diversified vendor mix that includes:
Product Vendors: Items produced by hand using traditional craft, artisanal, or artistic methods in the vendor’s local community. Items that do not fit include outsourced or factory in multiples (e.g., sunglasses, cell phone cases, factory jewelry), or handcrafts that are imported.
Food Vendors: Regional fresh farm produce, prepared foods packaged and served according to AHS guidelines.
Information Providers: Interactive activities or information about services or events that reflect community engagement, ecological sustainability, or promote positive social responsibility.
Food Trucks: Great tasting and interesting street food from full service food vehicles with all proper inspections, permits, and licenses from the City of Calgary.
Successful vendor applicants will be invited by email to visit our exclusive Eventbrite.com page where registration may be completed. We will notify unsuccessful prospects by email.
